- 1 large acorn
- 2 gold doilies 8 1/2" *
- 6" gold pipe cleaner
- 10" of 1/4" wide ribbon (any color)
- craft glue
- gold craft paint
- small paint brush
- paper scissors

- Paint acorn gold and set aside to dry.
- Shape one doily into cone shape and glue shut at seam (fig. 1). This is the front of the angel.

- Cut bottom of cone straight so cone stands up alone when placed flat on table. (fig. 2)

- Find center of pipe cleaner and glue at center point of back, 1/4" below lace on doily.
- Fold pipe cleaner "arms" forward slightly. (fig. 3)

- Glue ribbon ends on top of same place as pipe cleaner to make loop for hanging. (fig. 4)

- Fold other doily in half and cut one end in an arch (fig. 5)
- Doily should look like a heart when opened. (fig. 6)

- Open doily and glue on top of pipe cleaner and ribbon, placing the 'V' shape of doily at center top. (fig. 7)

- To finish angel glue acorn upright at top of cone into the cut angle so head sits in at a slight angle. (fig. 8)
- Now hang on the tree or give to someone special.
